How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote through our website contact form, by calling us, or by emailing us with your job details.

How long are quotes valid for?

Unless stated otherwise, quotes are generally valid for 30 days. Material pricing and availability can change, especially for solar and battery equipment.

Payment terms are listed on your quote or invoice. For most general electrical work, payment is due by the date stated on the invoice.

Can a quote change after approval?

A quote may change if hidden issues, unsafe conditions, access restrictions, additional work or client-requested changes are identified after approval.

Do you offer a workmanship guarantee?

Yes. Our labour work is backed by a 5-year workmanship guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

What does the workmanship warranty cover?

It covers workmanship issues directly caused by our labour. It does not cover misuse, weather damage, pests, third-party alterations, existing faults, or product failures covered by manufacturer warranties.

Who handles product warranties?

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products. We can assist with warranty claims where relevant, depending on the product and issue.

What should I do if something goes wrong?

Contact us with the issue, your job details and any relevant photos or fault information. We’ll review it and advise the next step.
